At Kuma Plumbing & Drain, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality, professional plumbing services. Because our business is service-based, this Refunds and Returns Policy explains how refunds, service credits, cancellations, warranties, and materials are handled.

1. Plumbing Services (Labor)

All plumbing services are considered final once performed.

Refunds are not provided for completed labor. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe a service was not completed properly, you must notify us within 7 days of the service date. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, schedule a corrective service related to the original work.

This policy does not apply to:

• Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations by others

• Pre-existing plumbing conditions outside the original scope of work

• New, unrelated, or future plumbing issues

2. Workmanship Warranty

Kuma Plumbing & Drain, LLC provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on labor performed.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship directly related to the original service provided. If an issue arises within 90 days that is determined to be the result of our workmanship, we will repair or correct the issue at no additional labor cost.

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Issues caused by customer misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party modifications

• Problems related to existing plumbing systems not addressed in the original scope of work

• Manufacturer defects in parts or fixtures (covered under manufacturer warranties)

3. Deposits and Service Fees

• Deposits for scheduled services may be non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered.

• Diagnostic, inspection, or service call fees are non-refundable, as they cover time, expertise, and travel.

4. Materials and Parts

• Materials and parts purchased and installed as part of a plumbing service are non-refundable once installed.

• Unused standard materials may be eligible for return at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

• Custom-ordered or specialty items are non-refundable.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain parts or equipment. When applicable, we will assist customers with warranty-related claims in accordance with manufacturer terms.

5. Cancellations

• Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may avoid cancellation fees.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original form of payment within a reasonable processing time.

7. Disputes

If you have a concern regarding billing or services provided, please contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. We encourage open communication before initiating chargebacks or third-party disputes.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
